Enhancements to the MHX Job Posting Wizard
In an effort to continuously improve your user experience the Job Posting Wizard will be modified to include the following changes:
• Reduction of the number of pages required to complete the Job Posting from 4 pages to 3 pages.
• Re-organisation of the information within the Job Posting to 3 logical groups: Job Information, Contact Information, and Job Posting Options.
• Introduction of a Navigation Bar to provide more visibility into the choices you made on previous pages. This will also offer easier navigation to edit this information.
In response to user feedback, we also made the following changes:
• Fields associated with filtering job seeker responses when applying online are hidden unless the user checks the option “I want to filter my job seeker responses”. When selected, the user can then pick applicable filters such as minimum education and work authorisation.
• We will now display the price of the job posting on the first page in the wizard for your reference
The following diagrams illustrate examples of the redesigned Job Posting Wizard:

In addition to the changes to the Job Posting Wizard, the Manage Job Posting page will also be re-organised.
The tabs on the page today for Active, Expired, Incomplete, Archived, and Pending will be replaced by a drop down at the top of the page for easier selection.
The fields that are displayed are controlled by the selection in the drop down, with Active, the default selection.
Additionally, the Actions currently listed on the left of each entry will be replaced by a further drop down to the right of each entry.

Lastly, the Job Posting Details page will be re-designed for improved user experience.
