New Site Functionality Increases Seeker Engagement

With our new site functionality, Monster is integrating its rextensive recruitment content with job searches, allowing seekers to be more productive and proactive in their job search. Check out some of our new features as Monster again redefines the market and sets the bar for performance:
- New Account Registration Process makes it faster and easier for job seekers to create Monster accounts. We improved the user interface and now require the job seeker to input only seven fields to register a new account.
- Google Maps will be displayed in job search results for postings that have a location listed. This allows job seekers to immediately see where a potential job is located.
- Integrated content will cause job seekers to navigate further, remain on the site longer, and perform more site functions – like account creation and job apply – that will benefit you.
